CCTV News (News Network): On November 3, the National Immigration Administration issued an announcement and decided to implement 10 innovative measures to support the expansion of high-quality development of open services.

These 10 innovative measures cover cross-border mobility of talents, document processing, customs clearance convenience, transit policy and other fields.

The six measures implemented since November 5 include: expanding the pilot visa for talents traveling between Hong Kong and Macao to the Yangtze River Delta, the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the national free trade zone; applying for visas for visiting relatives in Taiwan for mainland residents to be "universal nationwide"; applying for visas for visiting relatives in Taiwan at multiple ports such as Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Promote "face-scanning" smart customs clearance; optimize cross-border mobility in the Loop Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone; add 10 new airports to implement 24-hour direct transit without inspection procedures; Guangdong has added 5 new ports adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao to be included in the scope of 240-hour transit visa exemption, and the total number of ports with applicable policies has increased to 65.

The four measures that have been implemented since November 20 include: the pilot program for "full online processing of entry and exit documents for mainland residents" has been expanded to 50 cities; mainland residents holding visas for visiting relatives are allowed to renew the same type of visas in Hong Kong and Macao; the number of ports that can issue a one-time valid Taiwan Compatriot Permit has been increased from 58 to 100; foreigner entry cards can be filled in in advance through a variety of online channels.
